The initial payment (the amount you have to pay to secure your booking) will be displayed at the time of booking. The remaining balance will need to be paid at least 84 days before the start of your holiday. This date will be shown on the checkout page before you book your holiday.
You can make payments towards your remaining balance at any time by either logging into the MyBooking section of our website, or by contacting us. If 84 days before your holiday starts, there is a remaining balance on your booking, we will automatically debit the card you used to make the booking with for this amount. If you need to change the card we use to collect the remaining balance, please contact us.

You will pay for the rest of your booking using an instalment payment plan with set amounts. The number of payments and dates of each payment will be displayed at the time of booking. After you have booked, if you need to change the dates the payments are made please contact us.
To collect payments, we will automatically debit the card you used to make the booking with on the dates set out in the payment plan. If you need to change the payment dates, please contact us. Please note that while we aim to be as flexible as possible, the final payment date cannot always be changed and will depend on the holiday booked.
If we have been unable to collect your payment, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you or collect the payment within a reasonable timeframe, your booking may be cancelled and you will be required to pay cancellation charges (see below).
If you cancel your booking or if we cancel it because of non-payment you are liable to make additional payments to cover the cancellation charges. If the sum of your payments does not meet the cancellation charges as set out in clause 19 of our booking conditions, we will need to collect the remaining amount prior to cancelling your booking.
